YOUR EXPERIENCE. A NEW POSSIBILITY.

Start something of your own.

Curious about an online business? Start with one useful idea and a small way to test it.

You’ve spent years learning, working and figuring things out. Some of that experience could be useful to someone else. Let’s explore where you could begin.

No fully formed business idea needed.

A LITTLE SPACE FOR YOUR IDEAS

What could
you make possible?

  1. 01 Who could I help?
  2. 02 What do they need?
  3. 03 How could I test it?

Start curious. Find out.

A question is a perfectly good place to start.

A SMALLER WAY TO BEGIN

Give your idea
a real-world test.

Perhaps you have a few ideas. Perhaps you just know you’d like something of your own. The tricky bit is knowing what’s worth your time.

Before spending months on a website or a product, find out who you could help and what they would actually value. A small test gives you something useful to go on.

  1. 01

    Find your person.

Think of someone whose situation you understand. What are they trying to do, and where do they get stuck?

  2. 02

    Choose one problem.

Listen to what they need. Look for something specific you could help them do, solve or make easier.

  3. 03

    Try a small offer.

Put a simple version in front of real people. Use their questions, feedback and buying decisions to work out what comes next.

HELLO, I’M SARAH

Making room
for my own ideas.

I’m building online businesses, including affiliate marketing and bookfluence, which helps authors plan book launches and find their readers.

I’m exploring ways to use my interests and experience to create more choice over how I spend my time. There’s plenty of learning along the way.

That’s why this approach appeals to me: it gives you a practical way to investigate an idea before making it a much bigger commitment.

A LITTLE STRUCTURE FOR YOUR FIRST IDEA

Four weeks.
Something to work on.

The One Problem Solved (OPS) Challenge is one route you can explore. It takes you through finding a customer problem, shaping a small offer and testing it in the market.

You can start without an idea already chosen. Work at your own pace, with lessons and study guides to help you make each next decision.

  1. WEEK 01

    Explore a market.

Look at your interests, experience and the problems people are already trying to solve.

  2. WEEK 02

    Know your customer.

Get specific about who you could help and what matters to them.

  3. WEEK 03

    Shape your offer.

Decide what a small solution could include, how to describe it and what you could charge.

  4. WEEK 04

    Learn from a test.

Take it to real people. Gather feedback and use the response to decide where to go next.

Help with the blank page. The included platform trial gives you AI tools for research, customer profiles, offer drafts and messaging. You review the work, make the decisions and test with real people.

These are the steps you’ll work towards. Sales and income aren’t guaranteed. Training is free; ongoing platform access is paid after the trial. See how signup works ↓

LET’S MAKE IT PRACTICAL

A few things
you might wonder.

You can be curious and have questions. Quite a sensible combination, really.

What if I don’t have a business idea?

That’s a valid starting point. The first stage helps you investigate possible markets and problems. Your experience, interests and the people you understand can all give you somewhere to begin.

Do I need to be good with technology?

You don’t need to arrive with a finished website or technical expertise. There are lessons and tools to help, and you’ll learn as you go. You’ll still need to spend time using them and checking the work.

Can I fit it around the rest of my life?

The challenge is self-paced, with no live sessions you have to attend. Allow around 15–30 minutes for a daily milestone, plus longer sessions for putting things together and testing your offer. Your pace will depend on your idea and the time you can give it.

Is it just about affiliate marketing?

The focus is understanding a customer problem and developing a useful offer. That could lead to a service, a digital resource or another suitable business model. You’re exploring what fits the people you want to help and the kind of business you’d like to build.

What happens if I cancel the trial?

Cancel before Day 8 to avoid the monthly platform charge. You keep the challenge training, study guides and work you’ve created, but ongoing access to the paid platform and its AI tools ends. You can continue working through the training without that subscription.

Once a paid month has started, ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal rather than refunding that month. Check the current terms on the provider’s page before signing up.
